Tim has significant experience as a senior executive in technology businesses and in bringing new technologies and business models to market. He has worked in business strategy, innovation, start-ups, capital raisings, corporate governance, corporate and commercial law, and intellectual property transactions. Tim has been involved with commercial and legal transactions in Australia, US, Canada, EU, and Singapore. Tim started his career working in top-tier law firms and enjoys merging his experience in law, technology and strategy working with the Lawmee board.
